Reservations and tour costs

All reservation requests are subject to availability at the time of booking.  Any verbal, written or electronic quote is an estimate only of the price.  If the holiday request is available, Movidas Journeys will provide the client or the travel agent a written reservation confirmation which will include the price and payment date requirement.

Deposits

Non-refundable deposit (at time of booking): A$250 per adult

In order to secure a booking, the above non-refundable security deposit must be paid within 7 days of confirmation.

Further deposits for cruises and special land packages may be required and will carry further booking conditions. This will be advised at the time of booking and/or confirmation.  Failure to pay the deposit by the due date may lead to cancellation of reservations. Most airfares require ticketing shortly after reservations are made and these amounts will be advised separately.

Final payments

Final payment is due 60 days before the traveller’s departure from Australia.  Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of reservations and loss of deposit.

Cancellations and refunds

Written instructions only will be accepted by Movidas Journeys in order to cancel a booking.  Cancellation charges for all bookings are subject to regulations of airlines, coach, cruise, charter transportation, tour operators, hotels and any other Principals involved.

Cancellation by the principal

Movidas Journeys reserves the right to cancel a tour for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside the company’s control or if minimum numbers for a tour have not been met. Late booking fees and amendment fees

If late bookings require urgent courier fees, these will be passed on to the traveller.
